Make a copy of /usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/uk-CrystalPalace 
and in the copy change 505833333 to 506000000 then try again. I have the 
version of this stick with USB Id 14aa:022b it worked for me - it may work 
for you.
