Hello Myth List,

I'm not sure everyone here religously follows the LIRC mailing lists, but I
was looking through the archive for something else and came across this from
2 weeks ago or so.

Mceusb2 receivers now have irblasting support thanks to this patch.  I
tested it on my Sony Audio receiver, and it works wonderfully.  Those
interested can use this patch until it actually hits the next lirc release.

I have got several mails from people wanting my transmitter patch to the
lirc mceusb2 driver, so here comes.

Please report any bugs or suggestions to me and I will take a look at it. As
I have reported earlier the range of the emitters on these mce devices are
ridiculously short (<2 cm) so take that in mind when you test it.



Also if anyone has the possibility to test the timings of the output from
this driver, it would be nice to know if its getting better or worse when
tweaking the define MCE_TX_RESOLUTION.
