It looks like it's basically the same as the D-Link Media Center.

Both do WiFi, both stream video and audio from other sources in the
home.  The D-Link box is using Microsoft's "PlaysForSure" (a combination
of network auto-discovery like Bonjour and a DRM wrapper to make sure
you can't play downloaded content on anything else.  Of course the
D-Link box will only serve content from WinXP or Vista servers....
