Easy. Set up two inputs. One for HD, where you disable the input data
on the two channels you don't get, and the other for SD, where you
disable the three you get in HD.

Not sure how seamless we can go. I think you're going to need two
tuners, and two listings. Take the HD card, give it a higher
priority, and only enable the channels you can receive. Take the SD
card, disable the channels that come in poorly (and are available in
HD), and leave it.
Myth should automatically set itself to record from the proper input,
but LiveTV will require you to manually switch cards (I think it's
the Y button or something, I dunno, I only have one input).
That's the best advice I can give.
