I think it's great, I'd want a dozen :)

One for each friend/familymember I convinced of mythtv already, and a 
couple for the people already leaning towards mythtv.

With 33 - 50% flowing back to the devs or community it's a great way to 
support mythtv(besides programming, translating, packaging and whatever ;))
