  I have a PVR150, and it displays the exact same problem.  Some
channels are fine, others not so much.  But even on the worse
channels, sometimes the lines go away.  Clearly it's some form of
interference.  I haven't tried moving the card around or unplugging
different devices yet.

  The wife's going bonkers over this.  Is there some sort of DIY
shielding I can attempt on the tuner?
