[mythtv-users] MythDVD transcode deletes my files

Yeah, not a good check then. mtd would normally be cleaning up, in this case
though the normalExit check passes (not sure we can count on exitStatus from
transcode).

So basically transcode is crashing, mtd isn't being as good about it as it
should.

Improved mtd handling of transcode crashing still won't get you your
transcoded video.
