OK, well, I found the how_to (Wilson and another) that talked about the
MS MCE remote and how to load the mce_usb2 module, so I did that, and
irw now returns codes!  WOOHOO!!!

I copied /etc/lircd.conf to ~/.mythtv/.lircrc, and Myth doesn't see the
commands...?
