[mythtv-users] Video card w/ TV out recommendations

I'm building a new Myth box and I was looking for a good affordable 
video card w/ TV out.

There are about a million different video cards out there and I'm not 
sure what makes one better then
another when it comes to watching videos? Also what do you think the 
minimun amount of
ram the video card should have for a MythTV?
