[mythtv-users] TV-Out nVidia 6200

I was doing this successfully by setting up two monitors not using
twinview.  When you startup your desktop you would have two desktops --
one on your computer monitor and another on your TV-out -- both with
their own resolutions.

Google for two monitor configs -- its fairly straightforward.
