They're not.  If nothing else, your starting channel is wrong.  Best way 
to fix it is to use the "Delete All" button to delete all video 
sources.  Then, recreate your video sources, channels, and input 
connections as required--paying very careful attention to /every/ 
setting (and its help text) as you configure.
