I've seen this sort of thing before where one MUX is flakey compared to others.
Check your aerial type: there will be a coloured
plastic bit at the end and different colours match different bands that
it can receive. See here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/reception/factsheets/text/tv_aerials_factsheet.html
Then go here:
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/static/reception_advice/index.asp.html and look
up your transmitter and note the aerial group.
If your aerial doesn't match the transmitter group, you will need to get
a new one.
