I did http://mythtv.org/docs/mythtv-HOWTO-6.html#ss6.2 on a new
install of MySQL elsewhere and after running mythtv-setup to bring the
schema up, I still get the same errors (without the `videometadata`
table).  Perhaps this is "normal"?
