[mythtv-users] undeleting a recording

I have a *.nuv file.  I accidentally deleted the program from the
MythTV list of recordings -- I meant to delete the commercials
first.  Is there a reasonably easy way to delete the commercials
now?  I would have used mythcommflag and mythtranscode, but they
depend on the program being in the list of recordings.  Can I add
the program back into the list of recordings somehow reasonably
easy?
