[mythtv-users] Is there a tuner limit? (problem with >8 tuners)

Yes, 8 is a limit defined within the DVB subsystem
(drivers/media/dvb/dvb-core/dvbdev.c).  I suspect you may need to do a
little more than just modifying that value though - you're safest
checking on the linux-dvb mailing list
(http://www.linuxtv.org/lists.php).
