[mythtv-users] Strange "info" coming up

I am getting "information" popping up on my screen constantly.
It is like the info for the show, but it isn't for the current show and it doesn't seem to be for anything I have recorded.
It has also come up with weird characters.
It goes away if I push the info button but comes right back.
Has anyone seen this?
