Hello,
go here:
<url:http://www2.abit.com.tw/page/en/motherboard/motherboard_detail.php?pMODE
L_NAME=KT7-RAID&fMTYPE=Socket%20A&pPRODINFO=Specifications&fSEARCHTE
XT=KT7-RAID>

This page states the following:
Supports AMD Athlon/Duron 600MHZ-1.2GHZ 200MHz FSB Socket A Processors
and
Three 168-pin DIMM sockets support up to 1.5 GB PC100/PC133 SDRAM module

Sounds like you are maxed out on the CPU.

Oops.. my mistake. Mobo indeed uses SDRAM memory.
