Great deal at $29.99 and then there is a $10.00 mail in rebate, so final
price of $19.99.

NOTE: The thing you can't see from newegg's site is that it looks like an
s-video connector in the images, but in reality, that plug comes with an
adapter that has composite, s-video, and component out...i use component,
and the picture is very very nice. Also, that huge heat sink is just
that....huge....it will cover up any slot that is next to your pci-e slot,
so in my case, I lost a pci slot---bummer, but the card works great, and
nvidia-settings even tells you the card's cpu, temp which is nice. 

I run full hd on my core 2 duo 1.8ghz, and it uses only around 15% of the
total cpu power available, SD takes up around 8%, so this thing is doing
it's job very nicely.
