[mythtv-users] Sky box channel changer

Hi
Had to rebuild my myth box after a disk failure, so upgraded to Ubuntu 
Gutsy and clean reinstalled everything. Fortunately had backups of 
database and recordings, but I've lost all the config for lirc etc. I've 
managed to get my remote working but cannot get my Sky box changer to work.

I've got a Pace rf2link connected to the serial port which used to work 
fine. Now it does nothing. I installed the latest lircd which has serial 
support built in, set up as detailed here:

and using the SKY ir codes and scripts from here: 
http://www.byteme.org.uk/howtos/lirc-sky-rflink-howto.html (substituting 
irsend for the rc command in the scripts, as rc doesn't seem to exist 
any more).

The sky box does not respond to irsend commands - although the led on 
the rf2link looks like it flickers when irsend is run. I've no idea how 
to debug this further, and puzzled why it doesn't work now when it used 
to (using FC5) before my disk crash.
