[mythtv-users] How to stop livetv recording

I tried setting up another frontend to my mythtv backend and started a 
livetv session before crashing the frontend. Now it seems that the 
backend is recording continuously on the assumption that the frontend is 
still working. How do I stop the runaway livetv recording process?
