[mythtv-users] Trancode causes playback to fail?

I'm running FC7 32bit using ATRPMS stable

I recently upgraded to the latest rpms.

Now when I start a transcode it causes the Internal myth player to  
stop working.

The symptoms are a black screen for several seconds and then it  
returns to the menu.

As soon as I kill the transcode playback picks back up.

I haven't yet dug into the transcode thing yet - I thought I'd post  
now and see if anybody else has worked through it.
