[mythtv-users] nmap brings mythbackend down

Hello group,

today I have noticed that a connect scan with nmap on my backend server
(nmap -sT -sV -p 6543-6544 -PT 127.0.0.1) causes mythbackend to stay in
a state where it consumes all cpu and does not react anymore.

Not that this is a big problem, I don't usually scan my server and these
ports are not open to the outside; I just wonder if debugging this could
further increase the stability of the backend?
