Looks like it may be apache2.conf on Ubuntu.

Possibly /etc/conf.d/apache2.conf (?? see <http://www.control- 
escape.com/web/configuring-apache2-debian.html> - Ubuntu is based on  
Debian) or /etc/apache2/apache2.conf (see <https://help.ubuntu.com/ 
community/ApacheMySQLPHP>).

looks worth a look.
