[mythtv-users] Installing phpMyAdmin on Fedora FC MythTV

FC6 comes standard with phpMyAdmin, no need to try to use ATrpms.

"yum install phpMyAdmin" should install it in the default /usr/share/phpMyAdmin
with a pretty good set of apache default settings for controlling it in
/etc/http/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf
