Oh boy, don't go there.  I just bought that setup yesterday.  Haven't 
received it yet.  Are you using the OPTION "USE EVENT" in the xorg.conf 
file?  I read somewhere that there are some problems with the audio on 
that board that is mostly fixed with a bios upgrade and the newest 
version of alsa.  There is some sort of IRQ conflict or something.
