I would venture not a great deal as you caught it early in the update
process. You may see some oddness in the Watch Recordings box, but
apart from that, the DB updates seem (to me) to be fairly harmless.

The actual updates to the DB are listed in the dbcheck.cpp source
(http://cvs.mythtv.org/trac/browser/trunk/mythtv/libs/libmythtv/dbcheck.cpp)
so you could revert the changes if you need to.
