[mythtv-users] No channels on Nova-T-500

Hi - I am having issues with a Hauppauge Nova-T-500
The device is recognised but mythsetup doesn't find any channels.
lsusb | grep -i haup

The devices exist:
root at dave-kubuntu:/# ls /dev/dvb/adapter[0-1]

/dev/dvb/adapter1:

When I try ans use dvb-utils I also get nothing:
