On older versions of ivtv, you want 'ivtvctl -l'
(http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Ivtvctl_old). On newer versions
(>=0.8) you want to use 'v4l2-ctl -l'
(http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/V4l2-ctl).
You will also want to set your capture resolution at 720x[576|480] to
get the best output from the smoothing filters.
