[mythtv-users] Can't --rebuilt seektable on a show

Hello,

I got a strange problem with a recording. "mythcommflag -f 
1006_20070221204800.mpg --rebuild" doesn't work.

 From xine the show lasts 1 hour and 26 minutes. Myth pretend  it 
started at  20:48 (true) and  stop at 22:45 (about 2 hours). The FS date 
of the file is 22:50 .

When I first try to watch it, it was impossible to jump forward. So I 
tried to rebuild the seektable but now myth pretend it lasts 11m 36s!!!
In the log, during the recording there is a lot of "Unable to connect to 
database!" and "database not open" and "Can't connect to MySQL server". 
I had to restart the BE. I remember I was watching another recorded 
program at the time.

I ran "optimize_mythdb.pl" then "mythcommflag --rebuild" but nothing better.

What can I do to solve the problem?
