[mythtv-users] LIRC, audio-alsa and the audio Jack

Let's assume you are using line-in to capture ir.
Use alsamixer to set line-in to capture in the 'Capture' section.
Unmute line-in in the 'Playback' section, and adjust the volume.
You should now be able to hear your remote. If you are using the soundcard for 
tv sound output, that can be annoying. Just mute line-in. Lircd can still 
capture, but you will not hear the ir noises.
