[mythtv-users] mysql upgrade can't import mythconverg dump

Never mind - the answer was in svn version 8675 where the character set
change clause was added to mc.sql to create the database with single byte
per character keys (i.e. latin1 rather than utf8).

My database being 18 months old doesn't have this so its workaround time...
