You should upgrade to SVN head or the mythtv-iptv branch.
The CRC IP recorder has been removed and replaced with an
extension of the Freebox recorder with some bits of the
CRC IP recorder merged in. It is now called the IPTV
recorder. This recorder lets you set up as many channels
as you need in a standard m3u file. You can then add the
XMLTV IDs as needed to get listings (if this offering
is available as a lineup in Zap2It, you should be able
to just run mythfilldatabase to get these after running
the channel scanner in mythtv-setup).
