I just finished a build with the EN12000E. Works quite well, noiseless
except for the hard-drive. I'd look for the quietest one available. Check
out http://www.silentpcreview.com for recommendations.

Any recommendations on cases? I'll have 2 sata drives and maybe an

I used the Casetronic C137. Fits a small DVD burner as an optical drive. I
believe it only supports one internal 3.5" drive (or 2.5"). Looks nice and
small and like a normal audio-visual component.

How about PSUs? I'd like to set it up with one of the external bricks

If I recall, the power-brick that came with the C137 was incompatible with
the EN12000. I went ahead and got the pico-PSU 120 along with a new brick
(the PW12-9A).

Finally, any recommendations on vendors in the US?

I've had good luck with http://www.logicsupply.com

They should have all of the parts mentioned above.
