This is current and correct behavior. There was much talk on the Dev
list about this. The gist of it is that it was decided the EPG should
show all available channels and the browse mode will show only the
channels on the current tuner to allow the user to avoid any possible
conflicts if the tuner they want to watch is currently recording or is
scheduled to record soon.
