[mythtv-users] disable live-tv and audo problems

Yes, the audio output from my TV card goes into the "CD in" for my sound 
card.  The sound in tv is mute, until I execute:

"v4lctl volume mute off"

I can disable the tv sound again manually, using "v4lctl volume mute on", 
but I 'd rather not have to do this...
