Interesting, but why would I want to set down a taco ? Actually it's  
the little things like that which are genius, not the big flashy ones.

Certainly some commercials are entertaining, and some are even  
informative. As was pointed out here some people watch the superbowl  
just for the commercials (remember the 1984 Apple one?). The Geico  
ads are quite clever, but don't make up for the fact that they want  
to charge me more money for coverage (to pay for the ads no doubt).

You can certainly turn off commercial skipping, but whenever I see  
that little window that says "skipped 3:00" I realize that I have  
just been given back some of my life that the advertisers wanted to  
take away from me. Add up all those little breaks and you have an  
extra hour or two at the end of the week.

The whole point is that Myth, as it always does, gives you more choices.
