Are you sure install Date::Parse completed correctly? Do you have a
Date/Parse directory? Mine looks like this:

[mythtv at mythtv ~]$ locate Date/Parse
/home/mythtv/.cpan/build/TimeDate-1.16/blib/lib/Date/Parse.pm
/home/mythtv/.cpan/build/TimeDate-1.16/lib/Date/Parse.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Date/Parse.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/Date/Parse.pm
