[mythtv-users] Mythtranscode is currently unable to transcode remote files

So, mythtranscode thinks the file is remote because the file URL is
myth://192.168.0.107:6543/2004_20061217230000.mpg which means that for some
reason GetPlaybackURL couldn't find the file locally on the backend it was
running on.

In order to transcode, mythtranscode must have direct access to the recording
file because it needs write access to the directory that file is in.

Which backend originally recorded these files and can the master (or whoever
is running mythtranscode) access the files?
