Also use pulling "soap" or other lubricant. It makes a mess but makes  
pulling much easier. Also be sure to label the cables before pulling  
so you won't have to "buzz then out" after the fact.

A "Chinese Handcuff" makes a good gripper for the front end of the  
pull, it gets tighter the harder you pull.
