So far (less that a month), I'm very happy with my Enhance ENP-5150GH.  This
appears to be the OEM version of the Silverstone Element ST50EF-PLUS 500W.

Silverstone power supply.

As far as noise goes... I notice the stock P4 CPU cooler and my Seagate
drives WAY MORE than the noise from the supply.  I'm thinking of getting a
Zalman CNPS-9500 and maybe a drive rubber washer setup.  I'm hoping that the
washers would prevent the drive vibration from transferring to the case
sheet metal.
