A little off-topic, but just wanted to mention that you can change
those multiple button pressed your Harmony sends out.  I have a 550 as
well, and by turning down the repeat I got things responding a little
better for my tastes.  The option is kind of hidden, though.  You have
to go into the troubleshooting for each device, tell the software
you're having things respond multiple times, and you'll end up at a
config setting where you can change the repeat (down to 0 if you
like).
