I don't know about games, but....

According to various online sources, the 5200 series is better supported by 
nVidia's drivers. Specifically, more XvMC features are supported by the 5200 
series than by the 6200 series. In theory, this would translate into a lower 
CPU load when playing back MPEG2 video, at least if you use the XvMC output, 
but it probably wouldn't affect MPEG4 or RTJpeg. I don't know how much of an 
impact this would have in practice, though.
