Currently I just have TVStandard set to "HD1080i" and Modes set to
"1920x1080". I'm letting the Nvidia driver handle the refresh. I
assume the refresh rate is dictated by the HD1080i specification. To be
clear mine is a rear-projection TV driven by component inputs.

The one problem I do have is underscan. To get the UI to fit
appropriatly on the screen I have to set the UI to 1688x988. I also
need to offset the screen (I currently can't do this because I'm running
ratpoison). Hopefully this week I'll get a chance (have to kick the
wife off the TV... not always a good idea) to try a different window
manager that allows me to set the offsets better.

This is my first MythTV setup and really my first serious attempts at
outputting to a TV. I have not tweaked with Nvidia's overscan settings
yet which may also help, although for this setup the nvidia-settings
console does not allow me to tweak overscan.
