[mythtv-users] Errors when compiling from source

Caution: Blind leading the blind?

I just went through this myself.  I think you need to do a
"./configure --prefix=/usr/local" in the mythplugins directory and
compile from there (you can also choose which of the plugins you want
to build/install at this level).
