[mythtv-users] frontend cannot lock to channel (dvb-t)

compiled myth from svn on a fresh install of ubuntu feisty, and did a
full dvb-t scan in mythtv-setup

it finds all the channels it should, no problems.

If I run scan by hand, and use tzap & dvbstrea I can tune into
channels.  No problems.

But when I run mythfrontend, it is unable to get a lock on anything.

I've enabled full logging on the backend, and when the frontend tries
to watch tv, I get a lot of stuff like this:
