The Plextor PX-TV402 works quite well with a USB connection, but it's a
bit pricey and the only mode Myth supports is MPEG4 (at least as of 0.19).

There are some deals on refurbed units if cost is a factor.

There may well be others, but that's the only one I've tried.

I would think you would just want to tell the HDHR about the digital
channels you want, and tell the NTSC unit about channels it can receive.
As long as the channel numbers are unique there shouldn't be a problem.
