Is your source cable or an antenna? For cable your scan type needs to be 
QAM256 and for an antenna I think it needs to be VSB8. Please be aware 
that the cable scan will result in many unknown channels as most cable 
companies do not add a callsign to their channels. Please look back thru 
the list archives as I detailed the steps needed to make cable channels 
work a couple of weeks ago. OTA scans will pretty much work as designed.
