Strawmen are *so* nice, aren't they? :-)

We're a bit early in the game to be in a position to be required to go
reverse engineer everyone else's solutions, and I have a day job, and a
family, just like lots of other people.

If there are people who a) have Copious Free Time, and b) tcpdump and
c) those PVR's, I'd be happy to hear input.

If it wasn't so clear that your approach was to have an attitude rather
than to be helpful, I'd welcome your detailed technical input on those
implementations.

Or, as code projects tend to put it, "we look forward to your patch".

And BTW: please remember, I'm not aiming at the same problem space
they are; my scope is *larger*, and therefore, even if we acquire
internal details of their transport mechanisms, they may not help much.

But accusing me of being uninterested for no apparent reason... well,
I just read the Bill O'Reilly chapter in the Al Franken "Lies" book...

Cheers
