I despise this bug. It keeps you from doing almost anything locally on
the terminal. I had to unplug the usb cable it bugged me so much.
David had mentioned that he thinks it is probably because nothing is
connected to the last port on the usb chip on the vfd and we need to
modify the kernel to ignore this or tell it there are only three ports used.

I think this board (.5" x 3.5"?) is the Panasonic / slimline dvd to ide
adapter. I had to use it on the back of my dvd to plug it in. That is
the only board I received except for the riser card.
