Use the "Delete All" button in mythtv-setup's Video Sources screen to 
delete all video sources (and you must use "Delete All" to clean up the 
bad data you now have), then re-create video sources, input connections, 
and channels.  Note that this is the best approach for changing your 
video sources/channels around (and it should only take you about 2 
minutes--just slightly less time than it took me to write this response ;).
